Al Page Current Disaster Relief Status in New Hampshire: Scheduled Training and Meetings:
NHBA Disaster Relief Mud-out Unit: The NHBA mud-out unit has been operating for 3 years. The unit has a cargo trailer fully equipped with personal safety items, hand tools, power tools, generator, pumps, pressure washers, and sanitizing equipment. All volunteer workers are required to be trained. The unit maintains a list of volunteers and uses a response system for call out when needed. The unit can be deployed where needed for a period of 2 weeks. The mud-out unit participated in disaster relief efforts in: In 2007, there were 46 Jobs completed and 7 Professions of Faith! Other SBC units that came to aid were from Florida, Illinois, Vermont, Massachusetts, Maine and Tennessee.
